Job Description

We are looking for hardworking, adaptable, and self-motivated individuals to join our traveling Ski Lift painting crew. This team will support the painting of ski lift towers by performing various labor-intensive tasks, including material handling, setup/cleanup, and assisting painters. The work is physically demanding and requires endurance, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset. If you enjoy hands-on work, traveling, and working outdoors in beautiful locations, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

● Assist with all tasks related to ski lift tower painting
● Carry and organize materials, tools, and equipment
● Paint using sprayers, and or brush and roll application
● Set up and break down job sites efficiently
● Perform general labor duties as needed
● Follow safety guidelines and protocols
● Work in a team environment while also thinking independently

Requirements:

● Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks
● Willingness to travel and work long hours (8–10 hour days)
● Trainable and adaptable to new tasks
● Ability to follow instructions and think critically
● Comfortable working in outdoor, high-altitude environments
● Must be 18+ years old
